This Disclaimer and User Agreement sets forth the Terms and Conditions for the use of Specialised Lifting Service (SLS) Equipment Management System, known as SEMS. By accessing and/or using this "online System" the User agrees to comply with all the Terms and Conditions of this Disclaimer and User Agreement. From time to time without prior notice, Specialised Lifting Service may modify the Terms and Conditions and subsequent use of the online System will imply the User's consent to those amendments. This Disclaimer shall be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy.
The online System's database contains information that is intellectual property owned by Specialised Lifting Service. Therefore all intellectual property rights are reserved.
Specialised Lifting Service does not warrant the online System will be continuously accessible, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. SLS is not responsible for viruses or other harmful components, nor is SLS liable for any interruptions caused by a server, internet, or any other computer devices.
Specialised Lifting Service manages the online System and is able to modify the database and its information. SLS may also restrict or discontinue User access to the online System at any given time.
Specialised Lifting Service administers, has full access to the online System, and provides restricted access to clients. Only authorised users registered with SLS are permitted to log in and view their account information.
The User shall not engage in any of the following unlawful activities:
a) Reproduce, copy or duplicate material on SLS online System;
b) Republish material contained in this online System;
c) Edit or otherwise modify any information on the online System;
d) Redistribute material from this online System without SLS prior consent; or
e) Misrepresent the identity of a User.
The above unpermitted activities breach this Agreement and may result in SLS immediately suspending the User's access to their account.
Whilst Specialised Lifting Service endeavours to ensure that material on the online System is correct, SLS does not warrant completeness, accuracy, reliability or usefulness of information. Specialised Lifting Service is not liable in respect of any damage, direct or indirect losses, or corruption of any data, software or database. Moreover, SLS is not responsible for any misrepresentation or misuse of content provided by clients or other third parties.
The User must immediately discontinue usage of the online System if a) the User disagrees with any section or statement in this Disclaimer, or b) the User is concerned with the usage of the online System.
Specialised Lifting Service or User may terminate usage of the online System at any time without giving prior notice.
